I am still waiting for a refund. Can you tell me how much longer I have to wait. I sent the package unused, on time and followed instructions as given. Thank you

Your refund should have already been processed. I suggest you dispute the charge with your credit card issuer. You may also want to complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221.
