I Was Told To Renew For The Same 20$in January 2012,now Today Paid 31.39 Help Me

In order not to loose my subscription, today Monday 13 August I paid $31.39. In January 20, 2012 I got an offer to continue with the value of $20 for another year, and I paid in advance, why is magic jack charging me again? pls inform me if I will get my $31.39 back in my visa credit card. magicJack is probably charging you again because of incompetence. I read many similar complaints.

magicJack offers only the most feeble customer support. However, you can try phoning them, at 561-594-9925. You may also reach magicJack by writing:

If all else fails, you can dispute any payment with your credit card provider or complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399.
