Eathernet Cable

the eather net cable will not fit your MJ plus device. it will not go in far enough to seat. I can hold it in by hand but it will not click into place. it appears that the female jack is not deep enough. I have tryed several eathernet cords but none of them will fit. 8169845678 Ed Ed

If you can't find a cable that will fit you can return your magicJack.

If you bought it at a retailer, return the device to the retailer with your original packaging and receipt. Otherwise, you must return it within 30 days with the RMA email or RMA Bar Code enclosed.

Before returning equipment you must obtain a valid RMA number by visiting: http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html The procedure outlined there will get you the address to which to return your device.
All returned equipment must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact.
All components must be included.
