How To Lock In For 2008 Rates For My Current Magic Jacks.

I have two MJ which expires in 2016. How can I lock in the Special Pricing for the 2008 rates for the two original Magic Jacks I am using. My numbers are 703.337.6329 and 703 337.5077. I got a letter from MJ for lock in the special pricing of 2008 now. After I locked in on-line, when I have to pay the $69.95 for each and how? What is the cost of the Magic Jack Plus which comes with one year warranty and what are the rates for additional 1/2/5 years for using Magjc Jack Plus. Also can I replace one of the current MJ I am using with Magic Jack Plus and how much will it cost and how can I do it? Can I live chat with the Magic Jack representative for other questions I have?
