2 Devices On Same Router, One Keeps Dropping Connection, Constantly Unplugging

I have two devices on the same router, first one works great, second one keeps dropping connection. Constantly unplugging to reset. Internet connection cable good. Received Magic Jack error message 2  3 which I do not understand or can find the meaning of. Any suggestions?
