To reset your password go to www.magickack.com in the search box enter "forgot password" It will bring up a link below, click on it. You will need to enter your magicjack phone number and the email address that is registered to your Magicjack. They will email your password. You can easily renew your magicjack by going back to their website and typing "renew" into the search box once you recieve your password.
