We Are Not Able To Receive Calls. Error Slp 02

i just installed magic jack. i am able to make calls. i CANNOT receive any calls. I get an error slp 02 and says to please check the phone number and try calling again. nobody can call us. we can only call them. when will i be able to receive calls?

How to reach a live person:

They say this phone number is only for billing questions, but it is the only way to get a hold of a live person. The only other option is their online support which is basically useless.

Hours of Operation:

11am - 8pm EST

that error code is not in their database on line.
