I Bought Majicjack Plus And Having Trouble Connecting It

I BOUGHT THE MAJICJACK PLUS AND FOR SOME REASON I AM UNABLE TO HOOK IT UP TO MY LAPTOP. I HAVE WIRELESS INTERNET AND DID NOT KNOW IF THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. PLEASE HELP ME.
