When I Call Canada Receiver Can't Hear Me But I Hear Them Well.

my majick jack number is 317 683 5762. I have no problem when I call the U.S. the problem is when I call Canada. They do not hear me while I hear them well. I callef customer service on line and described the problem to benjamin who tried to help me but couldn't and he said that I shall receive the answer to my problem through my email and I am still waiting for any news.

Your magicJack may not work properly, or at all

if you're not logged on to your Windows user account,
if it's not running,
if it's not secured in the USB port,
if the phone cord is not secured or is broken,
if you're not connected to the Internet,
if without a powered USB hub several phones are used to generate power from a USB port,
or if your magicJack device is defective.

If the device is not defective, these simple actions may resolve the problem. Or you may try these instructions. If the device is defective, you need to return it. If you bought it from magicJack, follow the instructions at http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html.

If it's too late to return the device, you can seek a resolution with your credit card company or with the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399.
