Sorry you're having problems. Go here and use the "Forgot password?" link. You may need to disable popup blockers. Providing your phone number will get the information delivered to your registered email address even if you don't remember what that is. Then to renew, go to my.magicjack.com, click the My Subscriptions tab, and under RENEWAL click Details. Then click One Year License or Five year License, and follow the instructions.
