Your Device Is Not On This Account

I have 2 iPhones and an iPad and I was able to install the magic jack app on the iPad and one iPhone but when tried to install it on my second iPhone I received this error "Your device is not on this account". How can I install the app on my second iPhone?

You're not allow a 3rd devise installed on the same account. That is why you got a message on your second device.
