When I Get A Call Why Does It G In To Voice Mail Instead Of Ringing So That I Ca

when i get a call it wont rang it just goes in to voice mail

If your telephone does not ring:

1. Make sure the ringer on your telephone is in the ON position

2. Make sure that the ringer volume is in the proper position

If that does not work:

Try a different telephone

NOTE: Make sure your phone cord (connecting the base unit with the magicJack) is not longer than six feet.
