I Get An Error 401 Message And Nothing Is Working

I am getting an error message everytime I plug in my magicjack that says to restart. I've trie numerous times but I continue to get the same message. I cannot access magicjack's website either so I'm not sure how to fix this.

Turn off all web filtering and all pop-up blockers.

There is something wrong with your Internet connection. Are you typing this on the same computer? The 401 error means that the web site is not responding. You can try again in a few hours to see if it's an issue with the Magicjack web site but as of now it's up.
