Got My Magicjack Last Night. My Wife Is Hard Of Hearing And Doesn't Think She Ca

hear as well. I have not had Charter physically disconnect my phone line yet - do you think that will make a difference? Any other suggestions?

If your phone is equipped with a volume button to raise the sound use it or you can purchase phone that will do that.
