my magic jack is broken i have to prop it up to make connection, you have my visa credit card the last four numbers are 4646. thank you,franklin l tucker

You need to go to www.magicjack.comto get a replacement. Type in "replacement" to the search box. It will bring up a link below. This will take you to a magicjack online agent. Have your magicjack phone number, password and credit or debit card ready. It will cost you $20.00 plus a $.96 tax fee (20.96 total) this includes shipping. Your contract will remain the same as so will your phone number. It took four days for me to receive mine in the mail.
