We Cant Make Calls With The Magic Jack

Hello my name is Joanne. My dad bought a Magic Jack and i put it on my computer.then my dad sent it to Ecaudor to his family they can call us but we cant call them. i dont know what we are doing wrong.Please tell me what im doing wrong. thank you

Your question is confusing but I'm guessing that you and your Ecuadoran family each have a magicJack. Calls to locations outside the U.S. or Canada require prepayment of an extra fee. At my.magicjack.com go to "My Subscriptions," then to INTERNATIONAL DIALING, and click "Add Credit." Current rates are listed here.
