I Get A Message Saying The Password I Enter Does Not Match The Email On File;why

I get the message saying my password in MagicJack does not match the email on file. I also get the same password I am entering when I receive an email from MagicJack with the password. It is the same as the password I enter.

Your question is a little hard to follow. Sometimes folks don't type exactly what they think they're typing. To change your password, go to my.magicjack.com to log in to your magicJack account, click the My Account tab, and then click Manage Login.
