Need Phone Number To Speak To A Live Person.

My number has been given away to someone. I do not remember the number however I cannot reach a person to set up acount again! Vary frustrating!

magicJack's customer support is for the most part magically lacking. You can try phoning them, at 561-594-9925. You may also reach magicJack by writing:

The rest of your question is unclear. If someone else is using what was your phone number, it's simply unavailable to you.

You can reset your magicJack as follows: Unplug the magicJack, and run mjRemover.exe and then the Microsoft Fixit Center app. Then reboot and re-plug. (You can download the remover program from http://upgrades.talk4free.com/tools/mjRemover.exe.)
