Problem Hearing People On My End

my name is aeliya i own 3 magic jacks. i am having problem with one of my numbers, 504- 355-9340. i can't hear people during a call eventhough they can hear me! i tried different phones, restart the modem and the router but still its not working. this problem started the day we renew the subscripton on this line. please help. my email address is [email protected] thanks
