A password for 970 462 40 92 is not reconiced what can I do on this case Itry alot and falls down.

Sorry you're having problems. There are several possible issues. It could be as simple as typing your password with the caps lock key on. Make sure it's off. Or the problem could stem from an outdated browser, or overloaded cache or cookies.

Except for the caps lock key issue, these issues are all addressed at length on this Facebook page (even though your problem is not with Facebook but with magicJack -- the same principles apply).
