Renewal Problem.

Renewal problem. Have tried for a month now and the renewal site rejects my 2 credit cards all the time. My billing address is corect and my debit and credit cards are healthy. And yet I am rejected each time offering me different error messages. Have chatted for hours with technical support and all they suggest each time is to back into my account and log in the CORRECT billing address and credit car information. As if I had n´t done that a 100 times. The problem is their renewal site, I think something is wrong there. Have asked for a different method of payment but they say there is no other way. I am without my MJ service.

I congratulate you for your patience with magicJack tech support. Most folks give up before they even get through.

It's not true that "there is no other way" if magicJack's own documentation is correct. You can pay via PayPal *if* you've installed the PayPal plugin. This is a virtual debit card and PayPal will deduct funds from your existing PayPal account immediately upon use. Turn here for more information.
