How To Get Rid Of Echo In Magicjack .

I have tried all of magijacks suggestions. i.e. plug in different usb port, reboot modem & router, reduce volume on headset and microphone, All of which are suggested by magicjack)

I Know the Answer!

If you experience an "echo" when using a magicJack:

Go to "Menu" on the top right-hand corner on your magicJack softphone
Click "Headset/Volume Control..."
Lower the volume for both "Speaker" and "Microphone" to about 1/3 (one-third) of the maximum levels.

If that does not work:

Try plugging your magicJack into a different USB port.

If that does not work:

Unplug your magicJack, restart your computer, and plug your magicJack back in.

If that does not work:

Unplug your magicJack, turn your modem and router ( if you have one) off and wait 3 minutes.
Turn your modem and router back on and plug your magicJack back in.
