I Can't Use My 'magicjack Plus, Or The One I Purchased In 2008,..ever Since I Pl

ever since I plugged the PLUS into my computer. I'm using 'Avira' software for anti spy ware. I'm going back to Norton ASAP. Then, with Norton I'll make a call, and hopefully my contact will hear me,..I can hear them.
