Can I Use The Majic Jack With Wireless Internet Or Do I Even Need A Internet

connection. I live in Nova Scotia and was also wondering if 'I can access 911 with this phone

You need a broadband Internet connection for magicJack, which does not support wireless. 9-1-1 services will work with magicJack. Bear in mind however that magicJack will not work at all during a power or Internet outage, and that 9-1-1- service

will not work with the magicJack "app"
will work only for your currently registered address
depends on the good functioning of your device

Emergency needs are in my view an excellent reason not to rely on magicJack for your phone service
