I mistakenly asked for a canadian phone #. I want a US phone # instead.I have not activated my phone yet. What do I do?

The simplest course may be to reset your device. Unplug the magicJack, and run mjRemover.exe and then the Microsoft Fixit Center app. Then reboot and re-plug. (You can download the remover program from http://upgrades.talk4free.com/tools/mjRemover.exe.)
