Customer Is Unavailable & No Incoming Ring.

When receiving an incoming call, no ring is heard and callers are told that the majic jack customer is unavailable. Worked fine for 11 months, now this.

Sorry for your problems. Your magicJack may not work properly, or at all

if you're not logged on to your Windows user account,
if your magicJack is not running,
if it's not properly secured,
if the phone cord is not secured or is broken,
if you're not connected to the Internet,
if your Internet speed is too low,
if without a powered USB hub several phones are used to generate power from a USB port,
or if your magicJack device is defective.

If the device is not defective, these simple actions may resolve the problem. Or you may try these instructions. You can also reset the device, as explained here.
