Everything Is Hooked Up, Have Dial Tone, Can't Get Incoming Or Outgoing Calls

First - just make sure you've done these things:

Restart your computer AFTER you've installed the software, connected your phone to the MJ.
If that doesn't get your MJ working - try the following:

Disconnect the MJ safely - using the icon in the task bar at the bottom of the screen - and wait till it says it is okay to safely remove the device now. (If you don't do this - it causes different problems.)

Then remove the device from the computer.

Dump temp internet files on your computer and cache.

Re-connect the MJ and wait for it to start up. If that doesn't fix the problem, then repeat the steps above but before reconnecting the MJ - shut down the computer - and then reconnect the MJ and restart, waiting for it to fully come up.

If the above steps don't work - then your only option is to contact the live agent / customer care on the website. Make sure you write your steps down that you have already done - as they will want you to do all these things - and this saves you a bunch of time if you have to do this - you can say its all been done and in this manner etc.
