Can't Get Mj+ To Activate - Please Help.

I've tried activating my new MagicJack Plus on 3 differnet Win7 computers in 3 different networks (Home, Office, Hotel) and 1 Mac. I've returned 2 devices and have a 3rd right now. MJ support team is useless. HELP - I really want to use their service.
