Why Do I Need A Prepaid Minutes Before Making A Call . For Local Or Long

. Our long distance here is less than 30 miles of distance. Local is at the end of my street. How do I pay and who are we paying to. Is this a penalty fee?

magicJack promises free domestic calls, without limitation, and you're entitled to that benefit. If it's within 30 days, you can return the product using these instructions, but you'll have to bear the cost of return shipping. If magicJack is not fulfilling the terms of its promise, I urge you to complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399.
