We're an independent help site, not magicJack, so obviojusly we can't replace anything.

Not all phone numbers or even area codes are supported by magicJack. Here's a lengthy list of supported area codes. Here's a longer list that includes local prefixes.

to enable the transfer, click the "My Subscriptions" tab, and then the "Details" button under "Transfer Your Phone Number to magicJack." Follow the prompts to submit your transfer request. There will be a fee of about $20.00.   If your old phone number is not transferable, you can return your device per these instructions (or if you bought it from a retailer, return it there).
