magicJack service includes incoming and outgoing faxes both -- but magicJack does not offer more than the most feeble customer support; sorry. You may want to see if these instructions will help.

You may reach magicJack by writing:

    West Palm Beach, FL 33405

You can also try phoning them, at 281-404-1551 or 561-594-2140.

If all else fails, you can dispute any payment with your credit card provider or complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221. If it's within 30 days, you can return the product using these instructions.
