Each Time I Try To Open My Magicjack It States Error 401. What Should I Do?

A number of users have received the same error in the past. There are a number of locations you may visit to find your solution, but they all lead back to this page:

MagicJackSupport -- the solution is about a 1/4 of the way down the page and it's posted by 'sbw07'. I'd post the answer here, but it's a long support IM chat.

Keep in mind that there are a number of posts on this page with solutions that worked for specific users...so you may have to try a few different approaches before finding the one that works for you.

Make sure you have the correct time and date in your PC.

Check your network adapter driver in the Device Manager. I just fixed this problem for myself today. My realtek pcie gbe family controller driver was version 7.4.... and i had to roll it back to version 7.37.1229.2010
