my name is robert robertson , phone number is ,have had magic jack for 5-7 years..email has changed from to how in the name of christ do i renew my contract for 5 years????? if no response magic jack will be in the garbage tommorrow and i will skye my friends...magic jack is heading for the garbage pile and thanks for the non-support

You're right; magicJack's customer support is for the most part magically lacking.

To renew...Go to my.magicjack.com, click the My Subscriptions tab, and under RENEWAL click Details. Then click One Year License or Five Year License, and follow the instructions.
