Damage Baggage
Dear Sir/Madam
I arrived back from Amsterdam to Penang Sunday and collecting my baggage I noticed that my hard top suite case had the corner
dented in and there is also a cut in the suitcase. I wanted to report the matter at Penang airport but there was a queue and also one
customer was having an argument with the baggage claim people. Unfortunately I could not wait so I left the airport. I would like to
claim for a replacement suite case please. What information do you need me to send you for this claim to be expedited.
