Refund For Cancelled Flight By Mas
My flight had been cancelled by MAS because of operational problems, I did call MAS customer service for more than 3 times total period time calling is 2 hours and above but still cannot talk to the agent..so, how can I get my money back for the cancelled flight? Thank you for your cooperation.

Name change, refunds and flight cancellation are not allowed on Manage My Booking. Please contact call centre or ticketing offices (1 300 88 3000) if you have these requirements.
