Can You Return Christmas Merchandise?
Why won't they allow me to return to Christmas sweaters, with the tags on them & with my receipt within the 30 days or give me a store credit? They said not allowed to return Christmas items.

What you report is contrary to Marshalls's return policy, which states, "Purchases made between October 13, 2019 and December 24, 2019 may be returned through January 25, 2020." I suggest you speak to the store manager, preferably in person. I can't imagine that would not solve, but if not use the contact information at https://www.contacthelp.com/marshalls/customer-service, and if necessary use the corporate contact information at http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/marshalls/Corporate%20Office.
