How Do I Get A Refund?
I expected an email for renewal, but no you charge my account, now I am overdrawn AND have to pay a $25 fee.
You don't send me any new matches, that I already haven't seen myself. Two have been absolute fakes.
I do not want to renew. I want my money back.

If you have to, write the the corporate office at:
