Problem Registering

I live in Birmingham UK and when trying to register it keeps asking me for a valid postcode which I enter correctly but still won't accept my application. Can you help

I had the same problem. When you tyoe in just the first part of your postode it then asks you the city and you can move on.

e.g. if yours is LN4 3SD, just tyoe in LN4 then a new box appears which asks for the city and you can add the relvant city.
