Washer Not Starting.

This unit, SN 14041657JT Will not start, From Idle (no lights), I select run options, press start and unit attempts to fil (solenoid engages), and immediately stops. It takes approximately 1 minute for it to reset and appear to be ready to select run options again. No problems appear during diagnostics. Bad valves? Bad Motor?
