Maytag Nepturne Dryer Md55 Circuit Board Is Bleeping A 'morse Code' Signals ?

unable to use manual drying, sensor dry, unable to turn off unless I pull the plug. I have replaced a new circuit board / timer & there is no change in function / operation ! How do I solve this problem? Dryer exhaust system was cleaned as well with no good results.
