After Lightning Storm All Lights On Control Panel Lit Must Unplug,washing Work

Maytag MHWE300VW - Front Load Washer. Able to wash clothes, but in normal cycle since can't tell what cycle it is set ...all lights are on continuously. Need to unplug to turn lights off. What unit needs to be replaced? Can we purchase the unit, from where and to it ourselves?
