I Would Really Love To Get My Many Back!!!! Not Alllll People Are Computer Geek

i expected a disc, like the 'OLD DAYS" ! ! ! I have tried to get a refund, but no - I 'OPENED THE PACKAGE". Well of course I did - but I forgot that this is the 21st Century. No room for the "dummies" anymore. I've been working on this damn, what should be easy as pie - installation and (20 minutes and counting) I'm ready to throw this ccrap out and complain to the Better Business Bureau. This is freakin' outrageous. And if you want to know how angry I am - I never curse on the 'net, or otherwise ! ! ! !
