Hi. Do kindly note that subscriptions/new activations serves for a limited period of time. The renewal of which requires additional payment. However if you have just purchased your Mcafee Security Pack following the expiring of your currently installed one, then my advice to you would be to uninstall the current one and then install the new one under a new account. And then follow the renewal directions here in future,
