Horrible Quality Burger, Cold Fries & Wrong Soda
About once a month a go off my diet and head to our local McDonald's drive thru.
Raining, long line up, terrible customer service and then...after I drove away I realized they gave me Diet Soda, not Regular as I ordered. My burger was cold and my fries soggy. I was late for a meeting so I didn't have time to go back.
What are the policies of McDonald's Restaurants regarding the above problem. Makes me so mad.
