How Do I Increase My 'pings'?
Was told by an online service that my computer is slow because the number of "pings" coming from my server is too low. I have no idea how to raise my "ping" level.

Ping depends on the distance between your computer and their servers. It's the time taken for a packet of data to reach their computers. Upgrading your internet connection to higher speeds could help a little, but it's really dependent on geographical distance, You could try connecting to their servers in a different region(if available) but I think your options are pretty scarce at this point.
Sorry.
