How do i set the time and also how do i set the alarm on this model?

press TIME SET AND AL SET (which are the back and forth arrows) at SAME TIME. When it starts to flash...

press( -) for the hour then( + ) for the minutes.

after you set your time .... to end press TIME SET AGAIN. hope this helps I just did mine.
