Locate the fuse panel under the drivers side dash, by the brake pedal. Remove the cover and look for fuse number 13 (20A). There are two rows of three fuses on top, four assorted fuses in the middle and four rows of four rows of eight fuses just below the middle of the fuse panel (this is what you are looking for). The third fuse from the left is the one you want.
