Ac Blower Fan Wont Shut Off

My AC works and blows cool air. When I go to turn the AC off, the air goes to blowing through the defrost. The speed of the control can't be turned down either. It is stuck on full blast. the blower fan will turn off when the car is turned off.

Check if the AC switch is not gone bad, do check the resistor also.
