As you probably know, we're an independent help site not connected with MetLife. I'm really sorry for your experience, especially if you're in the middle now of an emergency! There have been other complaints regarding getting this assistance. MetLife says to call 800-854-6011, option 1 and then option 3 for roadside assistance. Good luck!
