Metro Pcs Phone-ringing While It's Off
Callers have been saying that they've been calling me when I was out of the country. It did not go straight to voicemail, instead it would ring multiple times as it would if I had the phone turned on before going to voicemail. I don't get these calls, obviously, because I'm not in a covered area. Why is that? How come my phone still gives callers multiple rings when my phone is turned off?
